sliced on the spot by a chef. rather small portion. taste is ok. can choose to take seats the bones and leftover meat or cook it at $12.

guiling gao ($5), mango sago ($5), mango mochi ($8). mango sago is made of mango syrup, not the fruit. of all the dessert, mango mochi is probably the best though rather pricey for the portion.

This features chunks of grouper fish, coated in a crisp batter, glazed with a smoky sweet salty gravy.
.
The texture borders moist and dry, but the flavour is bold, and the garnish of shaved ginger and orange peel lends a zesty touch.

Clockwise: Panfried dumplings, Three egg spinach, Live prawns with garlic, lamb ribs with cumin and coriander seeds and braised lion's head meatball. I really enjoyed how these dishes were prepared - light on the salt and oil, but still very flavourful. The live prawns ($28) were a little small but very fresh. The lion's head meatball here ($6 per serving) was not the giant meatball I imagined - a pleasant surprise! The presentation is super cute and the meatball did not disappoint. It was tender and the braising gravy was really fragrant. I'll be back to try the Peking duck which requires 30min to prepare!

Decided to stuff myself with a whole Peking duck today! The duck was tender, the skin was ultra crispy in an airy manner, although it is dripping with oil (could be a good thing for some!) Not a fan of the mulberry sauce and popping candy, but overall a solid Peking duck. Considering my 50% discount...I can't complain!

You have made my life complete,
And I love you so.

You can only sing this to your wife or to nicely done peppery beef cubes.
