Bubble tea soft serve on waffle (~$14.50): milk tea taste was quite obvious but the ice cream was so icey and not creamy 🍦; I’m personally ok w this but I know some people aren’t! Portion of the ice cream wasn’t big and imo for this price you could get the same thing at Sunday Folks with larger and creamier ice cream 😧
Waffle was Super crispy at the sides and soft on the inside, and for some reason tasted abit dense/ airy! .
‘Pearls’ were SO GOOD!!! Passionfruit pops!!! That burst with flavour in your mouth when you bite down on them!!! 😍😍😍

Ig @goodfomood

Buttermilk waffles was crispy and fluffy while the Hojicha ice cream was quite refreshing

There were also brownies cubes which gave a different bite/texture compared to the waffles.

Waffles were better on this run. Warm and crispy.

Ice cream was alright.

Waffles were poorly done. Broke apart (between top and bottom).

Ice creams were nice though.
Chrysanthemum strawberry was really interesting, and you can never go wrong with strawberry cheesecake.

'Charcoal waffle, greek yogurt, peaches, strawberries, blueberries, banana, granola, pumpkin seeds, maple syrup, dusted with Icing Sugar'

Waffle was crisp and thick but could have been fluffier and more moist on the inside. Unlike their buttermilk version, this was way more crumbly causing it to crumble into pieces simply by attempting to cut it with a fork and a knife. I resulted to using a spoon and a fork.
The tiramisu gelato was really creamy and milky but would have liked a stronger espresso flavour.
Overall, its a good attempt to try to make waffles healthy but the ingredients do not complement one another. There needs to be a sweet sauce or gelato to make the waffle more moist and to complement the tartness from the fruits. The greek yogurt simply does not provide sufficient moisture unless the waffle was made more moist. All the elements on their own are good but together, they unfortunately do not complement one another and it wasn't a very satisfying dish.
Taste: 5/10 (Will not get it again)

📍twenty grammes; singapore📍triple scoop waffle with vanilla, earl gray and sea salt caramel & isabelle waffle • the waffles are our favorite kind of waffle - soft and chewy on the inside and crispy on the edges. the ice cream choices on the other hand are a tad tragic, we tasted everything on the menu before settling on the final 3 (simply cause most of it tasted weird - please don’t try their hokkaido lavender). the waffle and ice cream pairing were delightful though its a pity that the ice cream melted so fast. it was barely 5 mins and there was already a mini puddle on the waffle. the isabelle waffle was the real surprise. the greek yogurt and granola bits paired really well with the waffle with the granola giving the sweet treat an additional crunch. fruits were fresh and sweet too and it felt so healthy that it takes away all the sinfulness of eating dessert
