Tarragon ricotta, avocado, sundried tomatoes and scrambled eggs (originally sunny eggs, but I added $1 to make a swap) on a sesame bagel. Lovely creamy combination, with subtle flavours that go well together.

Two Men Bagel House’s handmade bagels come in schmears, breakfast and heavy hitters (meat) filings and they are so delicious! http://hungryghost.sg/two-men-bagel-house-royal-square/

Consisted of smoked pork belly, cabbage slaw and bbq sauce. Pork belly was smoked for 24 hrs and wonderfully flavorful. Not too fatty but still melt in the mouth tender. Loved the strong flavors in this bagel. Went at 1.30pm and almost all the bagel flavors were sold out. Glad I managed to get the cheddar one.

Consisted of spicy chicken sausage, cheddar, sunny side up, hash brown, mesclun salad and secret sauce. I’m never a fan of sausages but this spicy chicken sausage bagel was the bomb! So good I bought another one. Sunny side up was just right: cooked white and soft yolk. The melty cheddar and egg added lots of points. Dunno what the secret sauce was, but it was yummy.

Consisted of thick portobello mushroom, halloumi cheese, arugula, sun dried tomato relish, garlic mayo and balsamic vinegar. The mushroom was really quite juicy but the sun dried tomato relish was overpowering and after a while, that was all I could taste. A bit too sour too

Basil ricotta, double eggs, sundried tomato relish, guaca on blueberry bagel.

This sounds like a weird combi but it actually works. Reminds me of pizza but without the melty cheese. My only gripe is that there is too much sundried tomato relish - it is too sour for me.

Guaca + eggs always work and the ricotta and sundried tomato add an Italian twist to it. The slight sweetness from the blueberry bagel complements the sour/savoury fillings very well.
