Loved the smoked flavours in Primal ($15+)! The chimchurri spices complemented it well. However, the brisket was waaay too fatty with barely any meat and the wrapping was soaked with oil from the chimchurri. Would have liked more peppers to balance its heavy flavour profile!

Was really looking forward to TMBH, but it fell a little short of expectations! Each portion is evidently smaller than before, and the all-sorts bagel we had was rather dense and stale. Enjoyed the creaminess of the ricotta and the savoury tomato relish in Bobow ($12+)! It was rather one-dimensional in terms of texture, so I’d probably opt for something else next time.

Went there at ~1130am and 3 of the bagel flavours were already unavailable :( BUT! Hawaiian was a delight, the saltyness of the spam paired perfectly with the creaminess of the egg yolk and cheese, the pineapple added a tinge of sweetness which was rly nice too!! Warthog was a lil bit of a disappointment because this outlet is known for its inhouse smoked meats but for us, the meat did not seem well seasoned (or maybe bc we ate this after the extremely flavourful hawaiian). I got to give it to them that the cuts of pork belly were extremely succulent but the lack of flavour and sauce of the bagel was quite disappointing.

Will be back to try the different menus at other outlets though!!

Tried the primal which came with smoked brisket, cheddar, chimichurri & charred peppers w an all sorts bagel. Smoked brisket was soft & tender, but it was abit too fatty for my liking (don’t really like fatty foods in general, like pork belly etc) but if you’re really into fatty stuff, then u should definitely give this a try! The charred peppers helped to cut down on the ‘jelatness’ but would have tasted nicer if there were more greens! I think we would stick to Winner next time. Also got the PBJ with a multigrain bagel, it was good but we thought the PBJ tasted nicer w the blueberry bagel!

had the primal bagel which had smoked brisket, cheddar cheese, chimichurri sauce and peppers. a little spicy but overall a tasty bagel sandwich for $15

I had a small bite to try, and I realised I don’t rly like dill so I probably wouldn’t order this myself. My friend felt that this was too jelat at the end, so I guess it’s not something we’ll repurchase!
