A messy yet satisfying meal. The Galbi beef was so succulent and tender. The juice from the beef was dripping with every bite. The bagel, clearly, never disappoints - slightly crispy crust, chewy inside, with a subtle sweet taste.

Finally ate in and had @twomenbagelhouse a few days ago!!!! I ordered the “Sausage Fest” 👀 and let me tell you, those buns were real THICC 🎉. Eating these bagels were SO messy that I had to use my tissue and wet tissues several times HAHA. The double sausage patties were real delish, while the cheese and mustard sauce were creamy and complemented the bagel well 👅. However, this might get a bit jelat after a while as there were no crunchy veg to help to cut through the cheesiness so do be warned!! 🤣

Really wanna get the tonkatsu and some smoked salmon with scrambled eggs next ☺️
PS: somehow my cam couldn’t focus on the bagel (maybe cos the cam couldn’t decide on which component of the bagel to focus on cos this boy was real thick and juicy 🤷‍♀️🤪)
Overall an 8/10 (and minor shoutout: I really liked the playlist of songs @ the HV branch HAHAHA!!)

Honey baked ham, black forest ham, onion jam, comte, brie, lime aioli.

LOVE the onion jam. It is richly caramelised and really flavourful. The highlight for me. Lol. The hams are also not too salty. The hashbrown (must add!) provides a nice crunch and goes really well with the other ingredients.

I will order this again and again.

Our usual combi of Fisherman (smoked salmon + cream cheese) and Pearl Harbour (spam + sunny side up). Fisherman tasted healthier/lighter and we loved the generous portion of salmon. Personal favourite is Pearl Habour which was stronger tasting = more flavourful, only downside is that it’s super messy to eat.

Spent ~$12-$13 on a DIY bagel with cream cheese, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs in a cheddar bagel. Super soft and easy to bite into bagels which was super good and the eggs ans salmon were juicy (and not dry, esp the eggs so it seemed more or less freshly cooked). I shared on bagel with a friend cos one whole bagel was quite big and eating both halves would get very jelak especially with the cream cheese (trust me i’ve tried). But this is a combination i would go for again!

Cuckoooo!! 🐓 The perfect morning breakfast ... filled with all things good sandwiched between perfectly toasted home made bagels. Chunky leaflets stacked in between to provide that balance... and to ease off some guilt from the calorie dense bagel & sriracha mayo within!
