The bonito tonkotsu broth was really fragrant and carried bold flavour. The minced onion helped to cut through the strong flavour while giving additional crunches. The sliced lime also added a nice tangy kick. Love the sightly curly noodle used here.

While the broth was quite thick and spicy, it was surprisingly sweet to the extent of being jelat. Le bf and I both didn't like the broth because of the overpowering sweetness- which we couldn't even figure out what the source was (definitely not sugar). Such a pity because the rest of the ingredients like the chasiu and straight noodle were pretty good!

The ramen is pretty good, although not at par with the best ramen in town; I personally even prefer the under-rated Bari-Uma located at nearby Tanglin Shopping Centre. The original ramen comes with an unusual lime-flavoured broth. Side dishes are nothing to write home about.

As a big fan of all things mentaiko, i knew i had to eat this the moment i saw it on the menu! It came with a generous scoop of mentaiko and when mixed with the noodles, gave a very flavourful taste. Its my first time having dry ramen in Singapore and i was not disappointed. The eggs were well marinated and complemented the noodles very well. The pork was well grilled and the meat melts in my mouth. Not fatty at all.

Im totally in love with this dish and would come back for it again!

Staff was polite and store was fairly empty. Makes a great place for friends gathering and couple date.
