Spicy Dry Ramen Set - $19.90
·
Spicy dry ramen topped with chopped char siew, chilli paste, corn, egg, spring onion. Love love the ramen’s mild 蕉麻辣 taste, not too spicy but with a kick. The set also comes with half portion chicken karaage, ice cream + a cup of green tea to complete the meal

Soup was q oily on the top, and thick despite it not seeming like a usual white tonkotsu. Maybe it's a tonkotsu shoyuu?

Anyway it was alright but the noodles don't travel very well, it turns quite stiff but it's better once u leave it in the hot soup to soak for a while. Quite a generous amount of ingredients though, esp considering the 1 for 1 deal. The chili paste was not bad tho, mainly chili flakes but it does change the whole taste.

Rather dry, but very difficult to complain at its price point with the 1for 1 deal running on chope rn

Pretty good, I particularly liked the sauce which was sweet and slightly piquant, tying everything together. Would recommend

Tonkotsu broth, chasiu, spring onions, black fungus, spicy miso, egg 》$16.80

Creamy and savoury bowl of tonkotsu broth with the usual and typical type of straight and thin noodles. The broth was rich and flavourful but it was also a little oily. The chasiu was tender soft and it comes with black fungus for the extra crunch.

Chopped chasiu, spring onions, chilli oil, bamboo shoots, leeks, sesame seeds and onsen egg 》$17

The chasiu are tender soft and nicely torched. They uses the thick and curly type of noodles which addes more chewiness/springy and resilient texture which holds more sauce on it. The addition of sesame seeds did enhance the overall fragrance.

Pardon the messy bowl of noodles coz we only realised they missed out the chasiu after mixing and tossing the egg and noodles together. The friendly staff just got their chef to add the portion of chasiu on the side. Vegetarian option is also available without chasiu at $15.
