Got the Aburi scallop and salmon don. As you can see the serving size is small. Taste was not bad.

However service was bad, hawker center service is even better. Wont be back again

Used Burpple beyond and got the aburi scallop and salmon don, as well as the special salmon don. Paid $24 in total, with a 1/2 pint asahi and hot green tea. There is no service charge and GST. The food is good and very worth due to Burpple 1 for 1.

Ordered the Mekajiki Don and Hamachi Don using Burpple Beyond 1-for-1 deal, alongside a (literally called) Big Bowl of Clams in Broth and boy, was it a satisfying meal. The Mekajiki Don had a light drizzle of truffle oil, the Hamachi Don was paired with fragrant yuzu, and the soup was hearty and weirdly refreshing. Best part is that it's all for $29 nett. I've walked by this place so many times without knowing its name 'cos their signboard is not obvious at all, but now, Umi Nami has earned a spot on my food map (thanks BB)!

Have been back multiple times for one of the best quick fixes in this high SES neighbourhood. Service is quick, decor is basic and food is no frills yet hearty. The tuna was fresh enough although I prefer their salmon dons which come with nicely seared salmon cubes.

We got this with Burpple 1-for-1, and it was very worth it. $17 for two rice bowls! The aburi salmon had a lovely smokey flavour and melts in your mouth. The scallops were topped with truffle paste. The fresh raw salmon was super fresh as well. The rice was well vinegarred and not over cooked. With all the flavours together, it feels as though you’re eating three different dishes at once. Would definitely come here again for a decadent snack.
