PSA when you walk up the small steps with the guard post on your right, turn right and follow along the car entry. The entrance to the mall is there.

Not sure if I got the right thing as it was quite different from what I expected.

Nonetheless, this was pretty good as the thinly sliced pork belly was tender and the baguette was v airy and crispy. Difficult to beat eating these in house

Idk how many slices of beef there are originally, but this was pretty damn generous with more pieces of beef than bites of noodles.

Not bad overall, I didn't think too much of the chili oil when I tasted it by itself. Seems lacking in flavour and aroma, but surprisingly it works well once mixed into the soup, providing a comforting heat and mild flavour.

Props go to the beef meatball, which they have a supplier for, as it was springy with quite a bit of beefy flavour.

This fish was just exquisite! Very interesting to marinate it with turmeric which gives it that light, subtle fragrance. Also fried to perfection and the peanuts gave it a nice crunch! Went well with my vermicelli and good to share with a friend as it may be too oily for one person.

Loved this dish! The pork belly slices and pork balls in the soup were tasty (contrary to how unappealing it may look in the picture), and the soup had a light subtle taste which went well with the noodles. Dipped the noodles into the soup since the soup could be a little too oily. Very interesting dish!

My food buddy had just came back from hanoi and was craving bun cha, so we googled ‘best bun cha sg’ and this came up.

The broth of the bun cha is a delicious mix of savoury, sweet, tangy, and the flavour was so good! It came with 3 well-marinated meatballs, pork belly sliced, carrot and papaya slices, and the thin rice noodles which had a nice bite to it.

The banh mi baguette is crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside and very fresh! Definitely one of the better, if not best, banh mi I’ve had in Singapore.

Needless to say, this was a really satisfying meal :)

The great thing about this place is that it’s quite empty at night, so you could slowly slurp on your beef pho while savouring the taste of that delicious broth.

Seriously, even the grilled chicken dry pho is great too!
