Can’t help myself with more serving of the tasty garlic fried rice. The nicely battered tempura was executed well and each component was cooked till tender on the inside and crisp on the outside. Though the salted egg sauce tasted pleasantly savoury and was a good coating, I secretly wished it was less greasy.

Served in an elaborate wooden bowl, with 5 different cuts of fish and seafood sashimi. All fresh, and served in thick slices.
.
I particularly liked the fresh and silky salmon belly, and the Hamachi / Yellowtail which has a nice bouncy bite to it.
.
Among the more premium dishes at this value-for-money eatery. The price gets you 10 pieces during lunch, but it can be scaled accordingly. Invited tasting.

Wished I had some more of the excellent flash-fried salmon fish skin kaarage here.
.
Light, crisp, and not too greasy, with a delicate savoury salty flavour. Makes for a great drinking snack.

Miso soup is miso soup right? Well, this here is special.
.
Beyond using quality miso paste, they've infused the broth with dashi (kombu seaweed) stock, resulting in layers of savoury and sweet notes that really stand out on the palate.

The salmon was lightly burnt, with a nice smokey flavour, and brushed with the different types of sauces, definitely can’t stop at one piece 🍣. More reviews coming soon! 😋

Features 5 kinds of salmon nigiri and mini salmon rice don. Love the quality and freshness of salmon sashimi, but the waiting time is reallyyyy long when we visited. Be prepared to wait for quality food if the place is crowded.
