V Dining is still serving their delivery menu for takeaway and delivery. Pictured is a three course meal for two, including soup, mains, and a dessert.

Pictured are:
* Roasted Carrot Soup ($13), which came with distinct smokiness of the charred Romaine Lettuce. The sweet soup is balanced by savoury Farmers Bacon with zest from lemon peel.
* Red Pepper Soup ($15), which was spicy due to grilled green peppers. It came with confit tomatoes, and those olive croquettes are lovely.
* Braised Pork Belly ($32). This was very tender! The shiitake mushrooms were very flavourful. Carrot Kimchi and Pickled Kumquat cut thru the fats, while gnocchi made this dish wholesome.
* Beef Cheeks ($34). This was fork-tender, and was served with veal jus, on a bed of arancini, sauteĢed kale, pickled crosne, and confit onion.
* Desserts - Ending the meal with Oreo Cheesecake ($9), American-Style, and a Banana Cake ($11), with a more complex flavour, with pineapple compote, cinnamon cream cheese and candied walnuts.

$100 per pax for 2 pax, includes a glass of champagne each. Food was mostly tasty but the beef cheeks on the risotto (top right corner pic) was AMAZING. Imagine beef cotton candy that literally toothless people can eat. Itā€™s THAT soft. Mind blown by this main dish. Well that and the dessert, coconut sorbet, rum infused pineapple and something sour. Awesome ending to the meal! Ps: buy vouchers on chope to get discount...

had a wonderful High tea experience at V dining, Herbs & Spices themed.

Starting from the bottom tier, savoury treats - Madras Curry (Lamb Patillas, yougurt) I love it, in fact this is my favourite pick in this high tea set. Iā€™m not a fan of lamb but this has no gamey taste. Curry was aromatic and the yougurt brings out the flavour with a hint of sourness. Good appetiser.
Tumeric (Otah, Lime) another notable dish and Thai Basil (Spring roll, peanut). Coming to the second tier and top tier will be Sweet treats.
Second tier - Sweet Basil (Lemon cake, Vanilla Chantilly). This is so good, not too sweet or sour. Would like to have more pieces šŸ˜ Cinnamon (cream cheese, walnuts) and Scones (Rosemary and Plain with 3 dipping sauces Raspberry, orange (love this) and clotted cream). Scones were well baked, i prefer my scones crispy on the outside and soft in the inside and theirs is exactly how i wanted it to be, lovelyšŸ˜
Top tier - Pink peppercorn (Cheese Mouse, Raspberry) this is very interesting, when you taste it, itā€™s sweet but when you bite it thereā€™s peppercorn in it and you will get this peppery but not spicy kick at the back of ur tongue. interesting dessert. Last but not least we have Mint (Toblerone cheesecake) taste exactly like Toblerone.

I would say they have curated this set with much thoughts into it and portray the theme very well. Every dish was notable and doesnā€™t overpower the next dish. You get a nice number of treats that is actually filling and delicious.
High tea is priced at $48++ with Coffee or Tea and $78++ with free flow of Cremant de Loire. House wine, cocktails and juice available as well with additional charges. Only available on weekends from 3-6pm. They rotate their menu with new creation/theme every 2 months.
Thanks @qijiaeve for the invite and @vdiningsg @blessincasia for this great experience. #jxeatsrecommend
