BEST pesto Pasta I've had, really simple yet amazing! (Would have expected that since pesto originated from Liguria)
They're octopus & potato salad, fried anchovies stuffed with minced pork, octopus, squid & mussels salad, preserved anchovies, fried crabmeat ball & Seabass paste in the center. Interesting flavours, all very fresh of course. Loved everything on the plate! Definitely glad to have tried some local food only found in the Liguria region.
