Oven-roasted Australian lamb chops prepared flawlessly on a bed of curry-seasoned couscous with chopped pine nuts, sun-dried tomatoes, raisins, roasted garlic, pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
Pricey? Yes, but definitely worth the splurge!


I love anything papillote as every bit of flavour is preserved within the parcel. Each spoonful of the creamy fish broth was bursting with briny flavours of the sea, and the tiger prawns, clams and octopus were all cooked beautifully. The dill bread topped with grated Gruyere was perfect for mopping it all up till the last drop.


One of my favourites over dinner, because of the different flavours that came together. Though it was immensely disappointing that the suckling pig lacked its trademark crisp skin, the fantastic braised pork below saved it all. That, the tangy onions, and smooth mash - so good.


The plate of thick and aromatic Black Garlic Soup is ladled over a ratte potato slice, dill bread, bamboo buckwheat flour crisp and black garlic clove. Served on a bed of shells, Papillote Octopus & Clams containing tiger prawns, white and bamboo clams, and octopus will entice all seafood lovers.

@verresg is my new wine and dine spot. Love the good selection of wines by the glasses, paired with crafted dishes by Chef Masashi. In need of a good steak with a classic Barolo. Plus that umami truffle fries are so dayum good! Review up on Active link in bio.


We love how the different layers of flavour and texture coming into play when degusted together. Jasmine flavour was subtly emitted throughout. Complexity with a delight and unique too.
