The average here was $10 per person. Not the cleanest establishment but the food was delicious.

Walkable (10 mins?) from SIT front gate, this western place fish n chips really did it well!
Loved their crispy breaded exterior which is quite light and within contains pieces of thick and succulent fish! Also loved how thick and crispy their fries are, not to forget the lightly toasted buttery bread to end this meal off!

Although the portions were small, these pork pieces packed a punch. Nice and tender, the sweet sauce and coarse pepper bits complemented them marvelously. One of the star dishes if you're getting some dishes to share, along with their Butter Chicken and Salted Egg Sotong.

Hearty (portion): 3/5
Tasty (product): 4/5
Worthy (price): 3.5/5

Sounded pretty innovative, though I am not particularly sure if this had been done before but certainly gives an interesting option if you had ordered too much meat and still crave for something with cereal. While the beancurd was smooth, the dish lacks the punch of the meat flavours due to the nature of tofu not being able to absorb the aroma of cereal.

First mouth and it was good, but this seemed to abide the rule of diminishing returns somehow. Salted egg yolk sauce was a tad too creamy for my liking, especially since it gets a little sweet after a while; would really love it if they could cook it with less cream and drier so it contains more flavour and sticks onto the calamari rather than being coated on top. Squid was unfortunately a tad rubbery; seemed like as if they fry them in batches and leave them lying around while waiting for orders for they arrived in a lukewarm temperature.

Nope, the pork is not from Mongolia and neither is the sauce. Unlike the typical sweet and sour sauce (which they also have!), the mongolian sauce offers less tangy and more peppery kick to the dish. Something worth to try besides their overrated butter chicken and the ever-popular salted egg fried calamari!
