This bowl of noodles with sausages came with a funny story because we ordered it thinking it was topped with pig intestines! The soup in this tastes different from the Pork Liver Noodles. A lack of the earthy flavours from the livers meant it was clearer and simpler, but yet it was surprisingly still very flavorful.

Once you turn into Fuk Wing Street, you'll definitely not miss Wai Kee as they have not just 1, but 3 shops in a row. Plus, all 3 shops were almost fully occupied! Came running here for their popular Pork Liver Noodles after seeing it on Instagram. The generous serving of livers was cooked perfectly, so tender and clear of the porky smell. I would have preferred the instant noodles to have a better bite but the addictive soup redeemed it with full earthy flavours from the livers. Seemingly simple and may look unappetizing to some but it was a really comforting and hearty breakfast. You can give this a try if you're around the area! You can also opt for other types of noodles and toppings with the same soup base.

90% of the people came here just to order this. Some more scare to eat liver but here even the kids were eating them. No trace of porky taste and the liver was cooked perfectly. We usually on add either luncheon meat, sausage or fried egg.

Started with one small stalls, they were "forced" to rent two more shop houses beside them (all of the shop houses weren't connected. .

Their milk tea and sandwich were so good that even the ex prime minster, Donald, made it his must go place. .

(If only this picture can zoom in) Notice the thin omelet between the white bread. The bread wasn't strained by the egg and prevented it turned soggy. Even though the omelet is so thin, it's inside still maintain runny. The corned beef was the main source of flavor. Together with the silky milk tea, my life was completed! .
