Our favourite dish was the Char-grilled Eel with Foie Gras. The sweetness of the eel surprisingly complemented the savoury caramelised flavour of the foie gras. We also really enjoyed their New York cheesecake which was accompanied by blood orange purée and sorbet; a refreshing end to the meal. Hands-down one of the best value-for-money options on Burpple Beyond!

Celebrating an anniversary, birthday or special occasion? Enjoy the finest cuts of beef and lamb in this 1-for-1 5-Course Set ($78) that starts with the Binchotan Grilled Beef Salad and Char-grilled Eel with Foie Gras. Then, tuck into Spring Lamb Chop and Kurobuta Pork Belly Confit and finish with their Blood Orange Cheesecake that’ll leave you wanting more.

We had a bunch of stuff, red snapper carpacio, octopus, mussels , and eel with foie gras for starters, lamb chop (this was the star of the show, $10 for a single rib) and dry aged tomohawk steak ($199). The tomohawk didn't have the funk I'd expect from dry aged beef, but the lamb chops were really killer.

Serves the finest cuts of beef and lamb from New Zealand and fuses it with Japanese cooking techniques to bring out their full flavor. Its beef is dry-aged in-house and its spring lamb is said to be juicy and tender.
It’s my first time trying dry-aged beef and I kinda expected more due to that hefty price tag. Nevertheless, it was still good!

Quite possibly one of the best lamb cuts I have had the fortune to encounter, possessing not a smidgen of lamb’s customary gameyness and instead possessing a delectable, almost beefy roasty tenderness. Positively redefining the notion of lamb. 4.2/5
