We had a bunch of stuff, red snapper carpacio, octopus, mussels , and eel with foie gras for starters, lamb chop (this was the star of the show, $10 for a single rib) and dry aged tomohawk steak ($199). The tomohawk didn't have the funk I'd expect from dry aged beef, but the lamb chops were really killer.

Serves the finest cuts of beef and lamb from New Zealand and fuses it with Japanese cooking techniques to bring out their full flavor. Its beef is dry-aged in-house and its spring lamb is said to be juicy and tender.
It’s my first time trying dry-aged beef and I kinda expected more due to that hefty price tag. Nevertheless, it was still good!

Quite possibly one of the best lamb cuts I have had the fortune to encounter, possessing not a smidgen of lamb’s customary gameyness and instead possessing a delectable, almost beefy roasty tenderness. Positively redefining the notion of lamb. 4.2/5

I must say, the tender cuts at Wakanui demonstrate an almost obscene, electrifying chemistry with salt once they make bodily contact. The Japanese-influenced interior and lush views from the restaurant make it a lovely choice for both romantic liaisons and blazered business meetings alike.

I must say it has been a pretty wonderful year for steak lovers this year, with the launch of marvellous options like Wakanui and Wolfgang's Steakhouse (@wolfgangssteakhousesingapore) for your carnivorous yearnings. And now, aerobic exercise.

😍 On the menu are various cuts of their signature Ocean #Beef, from cattle that are grass-fed for 18-months for an intense beefy flavour, then finished with a grain diet for a touch of marbling - my personal favourite is the bone-in ribeye. #MediaTasting #FindNewFood
