Wala Wala Cafe Bar

It has been called the establishment, labelled iconoclastic but really, it is just the kind of watering hole everybody wants to have in their neighbourhood.

From the Burpple community

Refreshing combi of Beefeater Gin, Elderflower Liqeur & Ginger Ale
🍹
Lychee Martini ($16) still one of my favorite
🍸
Singapore Sling ($16) sadly was not as fantastic as it should have been
🍷
Cheese Platter ($25) - Livingstone Gold, Aged Airedale, Totara Tasty & Windsor Blue- perfect to start off our evening with the drinks
🧀
Spicy Blacken Wings ($14) were truly ‘black’ but yummy with the chilli coating
🍗
Fettuccine Carbonara ($18) was slightly too thick & ‘gerlat’
🍝
Vongole Marinara ($14) always our love to enjoy these clams in white wine

Linguine with spinach, cherry tomatoes, shimeji mushrooms, white wine and scallops.

Nothing fancy but pretty good food.
Very casual and prices reasonable.

Fresh clams simmered in white wine sauce with garlic and chili flakes. The soup actually is the best.
