Even with the current dine in restrictions, the restaurant is still continuing its menu innovations and releasing new dishes periodically. From now to 31 October, the restaurant is launching the Exquisite Lobster Delicacies menu, with over eight dishes in the lineup. You can throw a party at home and have a lobster feast with three of the dishes made with the Australian Western Rock Lobsters, a prized catch that is new in the Singapore’s dining scene. This breed of lobster is the most valuable single-species lobster in Australia, famed for the firm, sweet, creamy, and extremely rich white meat.

If you prefer the local lobsters, there are also five dishes from this limited-time menu with the Braised Lobster with Sea Urchin Sauce & Rice ($48), a rich and decadent dish of two premium ingredients with spinach rice. There is also the Black Truffle Custard Lobster Ball ($48), a dish of multiple layers with the earthiness from the black truffle to the sweetness of the lobster meat and creaminess from the custard. My top pick has got to be my favourite Lobster Rice Roll ($25), with the steamed rice rolls still retaining a nice chew from the delivery with the chunky lobster meat within it and the umami soy sauce mixture that you pour over to give it the ultimate boost in flavours.

Besides the Exquisite Lobster Delicacies menu, Wan Hao will also continue the $15 nett bentos, $15 nett dim sum bento and 30% takeaway for ala carte orders.

Be transported back in time with these popular Chinese delicacies but this time round, the restaurant has given it a contemporary touch. From the Smoked Pork Trotter with Garlic Soya Sauce ($20) to Stewed Foie Gras with Spiced Superior Stock ($28), the appetisers are just a teaser to the lineup of delicious mains to come.

Both the Free Range Poached Chicken in Spiced Superior Stock with Ginger Sauce ($28) and Teochew-Style Soya Irish Duck ($30) are my favourite poultry dishes of the evening, with the latter having an excellent meat to fat ratio from the Irish duck and a nice tinge of sweetness coming from the braising liquid that contains a mixture of spices and herbs. Other dishes in this limited-time menu include the BBQ Honey Char Siew with Duck Liver and Marinated Pork Lard ($28), Steamed Glutinous Rice with Crab Meat and Chinese Sausage, and a sweet ending of Cempedak Crème Brûlée and Yuzu Cheese Tart.

There will be a 20% off all takeaway orders and free delivery with a minimum spend of $150 nett (after discounts).

These handcrafted Cantonese dim sum dishes showcases the chef’s modern interpretation to these classics by using nutritious ingredients such as avocado and banana in the Deep-fried Vermicelli Prawn Roll with Avocado ($3.50) and Scallop with Banana Dumpling ($4). A unique take to the regular siew mai is the Steamed Crab Meat Siew Mai with Chinese Sausage ($4) which incorporates glutinous rice as the base, and the Deep Fried Chinese Chives Iberico Pork Glutinous Dumpling ($3) that has a chewy texture while hidden beneath it is a meat filling made from iberico pork. End the meal on a sweet note with the Purple Sweet Potato Custard Layer Cake ($2.50) and Chilled Red Bean with Coconut Cheese Cake ($10).
