PSA entrance is at orchard exit at tang plaza, it says Marriott tang plaza (without hotel, very confusing). Take escalator up only, to the 3rd floor. Lifts only work upwards and incl 3rd floor

Their texture is again unique, very, very bouncy, and not so easy to bite through(not in a tough way though)

However, it's severely lacking in flavour. The black bean is so mild as to be almost undetectable

Definitely not the same hearty version a few years ago as seen from another post

Get it only if you're into interesting textures

It's filled w prawns and is very bouncy as well, but because of that it's not as umami as there's no pork

Absolutely insane value at 6 bucks.

Soft, pliable, sticky rice skin, the char siew inside was cut into small neat pieces and has a very appropriate bite, which combines w the generous amounts of greens inside to give a fresh flavour, but not overpoweringly so. The soy sauce was also very well balanced, with an umami as expected of atas Chinese restaurants

A winner

The filling was prawn but it's super bouncy and generously filled. It's not v flavourful by itself though, unfortunately the chili oil is very weak, as expected of atas restaurants. The seasoning is nowhere near as satisfactory as a normal rendition, plus this didn't synergise w the wanton either

The greens were nice tho.

Not everyone will dislike it but it's not particularly good for sure

The award-winning Wan Hao is all about authentic Cantonese cuisine with a touch of modernity. Their premium live seafood which includes the Australian Lobster ($45 per 100g), the Alaskan King Crab (seasonal price), and Bamboo Clam ($20 per piece) are definite must-tries! Aside from that, they’ve also got a slew of barbecued delights, soups, and dim sum to choose from.
