Had the 1 for 1 kiasufoodie wagyu don deal ($25 for 2). Overall food tasted good but portion was way too small, more like a kid's meal. Not enough value even after the deal price.

The wagyu itself was tender enough, but not fatty. Won't be coming back again.

Added on an onsen egg for $2 and this dish was quite a delight to eat! A generous amount of iberico pork belly coupled with caramelised onions and mushrooms, I was surprised by the onions and mushrooms. For every bowl you buy, you’ll get a miso soup and salad too. The miso soup was quite salty for me though but overall, a very worth it bowl from Wan Niu Wan at PasarBella.

Came with plans to have a karubi don but I got truffle wagyu in the end because truffle wagyu donburis are going at $19.90 (usually at $25) at @wanniuwan for a limited period of time! The wagyu steak is cooked at your preferred level of doneness and nicely flavoured. It comes with salad and miso soup, making it a nice filling meal too 😋

Taking over the now-defunct The Lime Truck's space at Pasarbella at Suntec City is this no-frills, honest-to-goodness stall specialising in rice bowls. Pop by during lunch hour for the tender and well-marinated beef short rib Karubi Rice ($16.50), or the smoky and fatty Iberico Jowl Rice ($13.50). Each rice bowl comes with a side salad and bowl of miso soup – pretty value-for-money, we'd say.

Enjoyed the tender and well-marinated beef short ribs in the former bowl than the slightly chewy jowl slices in the latter. Each don comes with miso soup and a side of wafu dressed greens.

Taking over the former space of The Lime Truck at Pasarbella is Wan Niu Wan, a new stall that specializes in rice bowls.

Went for the Iberico Jowl Rice, which featured sous-vide pork jowl marinated with Japanese Soy Sauce that is grilled. The meats are fatty and tender; smoky and savoury with the fattier parts carrying a slight chew — pretty delicious on their own, while accompanied with cooked onions drenched in a soy-esque sauce with a slight hint of vinegar which helps to refresh the tastebuds, all of which above the bed of pearly short-grain rice beneath. Each rice bowl comes with a side salad dressed in Goma dressing, as well as a bowl of miso soup on the side. Pretty decent overall.
