From the Burpple community

Interesting way of preparing a chicken breast as they used hazelnut foam as the sauce together with mash potatoes. While design is good, food was just slightly above average.. doubt will visit again

We used our Burpple one for one for 2 sets of the 60 degree chicken breast, with iced lemon tea (about $13 each)! Presentation of the dish definitely stole the show, with hazelnuts and petals all around making it especially aesthetically pleasing.

We loved the mashed potatoes that were whipped to such a smooth consistency and the foamy milk thing that came along with it. The chicken breast itself was not too bad!

A bit on the ex side.... but the burger juicy and tender...... our 2nd visit and it still good

Prices were really reasonable with the Burpple Beyond deal we used. We got the Mentaiko Pasta and Porky Bowl with a cup of coffee to go along with it. Overall the mentaiko pasta was abit bland and wet. Can’t really say that it was very pleasant. But the porky bowl was amazing with the flavours in it coming out strongly and fusing together well. Texture was really great with the wet egg and crunchy pork as well. Coffee was decent.

What's there not to like about a bowl filled with bacon, runny scrambled eggs and Japanese condiments which brought out the taste of the dish so well it felt like fitting the pieces of a jigsaw puzzle. The bacon was so well simmered you could taste the char taste of the grease when combined with the pearly white rice was nothing short of a pleasure. Got to say they really exceeded expectations with what was initially perceived as a typical Japanese rice don!

The chicken felt a little too stiff given how it's cooked sous vide. It was also a little dry but the mash potatoes and corn on the side made up for it.
