we gotten the eggsplode and enjoyed it, found the bagel chewy and yummy. we also ordered both a latte and a dalgona coffee to try. the dalgona coffee was made with a biscuit instead of froth, which was a nice twist. it was, however, a bit sweet for my taste when it all melted together. despite that, it was still a good drink. unfortunately, they were out of the Korean chicken bagel I had wanted to try, but I enjoyed the substitute truffle chicken bagel that i ended up getting regardless!

For our second (and #burpplebeyond "free") savoury bagel, we had their signature eggsplode bagel.

You can never go wrong with smashed eggs mixed with creamy mayonnaise and savoury cheese and finished with furikake, stuffed in a savoury sesame bagel.

The eggsplode bagel was good but did not wow me. I felt that the flavours could have been stronger, richer and creamier (e.g. Hello Arigato's really good tamago sando). To be honest, I feel that a decent home chef could replicate this at home (and at a lower price point).

Whiskdom first started as a home-based business but its cookies and brownies proved so popular that they opened a physical store-cum-cafe.

Besides the cookies and brownies, Whiskdom also serves savoury bagels such as the K-Bae-Gel which features marinated kimchi chicken with their in-house gochujang aioli and kimchi slaw.

We enjoyed this sloppy mess of a baegel. The chicken was sweet, juicy and tender and the gochujang aioli and kimchi slaw refreshing and savoury.

Fellow Burpplers should note that there is a 1 for 1 #burpplebeyond deal for bagel + drink which makes it a really good deal!

the bagels were affordable and had generous fillings! however, the taste fell a little short, especially the eggsplode one 🥲 meanwhile, the k-bae-gel was decent, loaded with a nicely seasoned and succulent chicken. we didnt get their popular lava cookies though, but their pleasant aroma filled the small cafe space and we will be back to try them!

Essentially just a fancy name for Iced Chocolate. I ordered a takeaway so I couldn’t really appreciate the chocolate foam topping which the drink was supposed to have. Was a fitting sweet, chocolatey accompaniment to the otherwise savoury and salty bagels. Pricey for what it actually is so would only get it with the Burpple Beyond 1-for-1 deal.

It appeared they charged me $1 more for takeaway of my two bagels and two drinks, but the guy at the counter immediately crushed the receipt the moment it came out and threw it away, which I thought was a little bit sus. Anyway he looked new and a little nervous so I decided not to pursue it.
(Edit: The nice staff at Whiskdom messaged me to track my order - the additional $1 was for the drink to be iced. But I wasn’t informed of this and wasn’t provided a receipt to check - must’ve been some kind of miscommunication.)

I went at about 6.30pm and most of their drinks were unavailable, which left me with only a few options. I was their only customer at that time and waiting time was about 20-30 minutes for my two bagels and drinks to be ready.

I guess overall the experience here wasn’t the best for me, but I’m willing to give it another chance and try their bakes, since there’s the Beyond 1-for-1 deal.

Mocha was more towards the sweet chocolate-y side so the fragrance from the espresso got a little overpowered unfortunately. Was a little watery as well. Overall was an average drink, wouldn’t get it on its own as I would rather go to other speciality coffee or beverage places for that kind of price tag. But I used the Burpple Beyond 1-for-1 deal so it made the drink reasonably priced! The stickers here are so cute too which made me smile when I saw the cup.
