I like their fried tofu and it still taste crispy when I air fried them back home after a few hours. Personally don’t like the meat & seafood roll due to the porky taste. If you are like me and particular about this taste, then don’t suggest you to order.

Medium size beehoon at $12, paired with meat seafood roll and chicken wings though eaten by itself is already satisfying. Queue was empty in the weekend but turned out they use online queue system but worth the wait

Featuring silky smooth vermicelli 🍜 soaked in a savoury broth that inherited some eggy fragrance from the generous amount of eggs used 🍳, topped with some fresh chye sim greens 🥬, chewy squid 🦑 & springy prawns 🦐, every bite was full of flavours! 🤤

There wasn’t much heat (in fact it was like 微辣 lmao🥴), but the aroma of Sichuan peppercorns was considerably brought out!

Personally, I’d still prefer the Original White Beehoon as I felt that the mala masked the wok hei.

Just like the usual good ol’ stir-fry sweet potato leaves, but the sambal was really tasty😋
