A little disappointed when my food was not served warm. The chorizo was okay yet the beef was not juice as I expected. Poached eggs were perfectly done, yet I wish they were warm. Brioche is quite nice, crunchy skin yet tender bread. The star of the dish is really the potato! I like how the potato is seasoned and roasted.

TL;DR - order the one with chef head icon (Wild Honey signature dishes). This Spanish is definitely not.

Such a treat to have this velvety smooth and rich hot chocolate 😍

From the newest Wild Honey outpost that recently opened its doors at South Beach Towers, taking up the space of now-defunct Ebi Tori Menzo which had since moved out quite some time ago. Perhaps one of the least exquisite-looking branch of the hugely popular brunch hangouts, the South Beach Towers branches is also one of their smallest around.

The "I Love NY" is pretty much where now-defunct Sacha & Sons really left off; featuring creamy scrambled eggs, smoked sturgeon and smoked salmon with caramelised onions, herb and garlic cream cheese, vine tomatoes and hand-rolled sesame bagels, the bagels gave a firm bite — not overly dense, but pretty substantial overall. Pairing well with the herb and garlic cream cheese, the cream cheese helps to make everything smooth and luscious with its distinct flavour, binding the scrambled eggs with the bagels when had together. Scrambled eggs were pretty fluffy; the smoked sturgeon and salmon helping to add a savoury note typical of cured meats to help provide the eggs some contrast. No doubt prices at Wild Honey for brunch had always came with a premium over that of other cafes; the quality still pretty much remains fairly decent — would however still prefer to head down to the other branches though, for how the South Beach Towers one seem to lack a bit of the vibes that the other two (i.e. Mandarin Gallery and Scotts Square) seem to carry.

💵: $26++

🤔: French toast was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, stuffed with cheese and ham. Definitely for a cheat day.

💵: $24++

🤔: Didn't like the sauce on it which tasted like wasabi, but the crispy schnitzel patty and generous amount of avocados made up for it.
