I love sour stuff, so the lime one was gr8 bc it was sufficiently tart for me (but it was a bit too sour for those that shared it w me). Liked this more than camp symmetry, which was slightly confusing as I felt the truffle was overwhelming. Buttt windowsill is still as good as I remembered it to be, the crust holds its shape & has a nice crunch! No soggy pie crusts at all :) -W

Using the Burpple 1-for-1 deal on this meant that these two pies + drinks cost us $13.50 in total. The S’Mores pie was nice and ‘gao’, a pretty clean chocolate flavour. It was good but when put next to Camp Symmetry, it paled in comparison. Camp Symmetry had truffle infused into the cookie, and though initially apprehensive, it turned out to be such a hit. There was a complexity to the flavours that complimented each other perfectly. I never thought I would miss truffle in a dessert, but this has got me wanting more.

Decided to takeaway and enjoy it at the comfort of home.

Grasshopper - Dark chocolate cake base with minty peppermint whipped cream. Not too sweet and the peppermint was kind of refreshing.

Camp Symmetry - White chocolate base with rasins and topped with truffle infused cookie. The truffle smell was so intense! The mushroom was actually meringue.

Both comes with pastry type kind of base, slightly flaky and crunchy!

A great place to have coffee and pies. Limited seating space though.

Le bf didn't quite enjoy the vodka cubes but I thought it is a creative approach instead of dousing vodka into the entire curd. Not as refreshing as the pineapple passionfruit, but you can still taste sour notes from the light curd. Recommend this if you want a little bit of everything- sour, sweet, alcoholic. #burpplebeyond

It's been 5 years since I last tried Windowsill Pies, and they're still as good as I remembered them to be. Love the light refreshing, tangy curd in the midst of Singapore's unforgiving afternoon heat. On the pricier side considering the portion, but shouldn't be a problem if you have #burpplebeyond
