Parma Ham and Rocket Pizza - $17

Known as Prosciutto di Parma in Italian, Parma ham is an Italian dry-cured ham which is thinly sliced and served uncooked. It is cured; air dried and salted with pure sea-salt so that the meat is kept sweet and supple.
Pizza was so delicious and the ham was not overly salty.

A group of 6 of us went to celebrate our friend's birthday 🎆🎇🎉🎊🎂🎁 The bad is that the food was only ok at best. The good are that drinks were very reasonably priced and the servers were attentive and quick to give refills for both alcohol and water. Now it is a must to order the Azahara Moscata when I go back there again!

Always a great place to hang out in groups with cheap and decent wine in a central area. The service can be a bit slow due to the large crowd but for the price you're paying...I'm fine with the wait. They have a larger outlet at Robertson Quay too. My recommendation? Their moscato d'Asti.

And I ONLY drink Moscato d'Asti. Produced mainly in the province of Asti, north-west Italy. It's semi sweet, lightly sparkling and low in alcohol, often enjoyed with dessert. Moscato d'Asti is generally produced in smaller quantities and in a more delicate style. I'm super fussy when it comes to Moscato, I have tasted so many kinds of Moscato, the best are still the ones from Moscato d'Asti! The smoothness of it is wooooohhhhhhhh...
