If you’re in love with their Minced Beef Claypot Rice (see earlier post) like I am, you have to make whoever you’re eating with order this Chicken and Mushroom Claypot Rice so that you can share both pots. You will taste a subtle hint of ginger in this pot of rice and the chicken is oh-so-tender and delicious that you might just want to have the whole pot to yourself. Add Chinese cured sausages for HK$18 / S$3 so that all the oil and juices of the sausages ooze into the rice for added flavour. 😋😋😋
