so since we were in HK/Macau, we decided to give it a chance to try it again.. and my my, it was way better than I expected! Although the noodles were similarly dry (it was all clumped tgt when served), the shrimp egg was so fragrant! And it helped that the noodles here were super thin and chewy! Will recommend one to try this dish! (Although it was quite an expensive item at HKD75).. the other dish we had was the shrimp dumpling noodle (HKD 48) our only wanton Mee soup we had for our trip. (Btw, we had this when in Macau.. shop is located near senado square and there was a super long queue for it.. but queue was orderly, take a queue number at the front counter and wait for your number to be called. Do note that if you are away and the number skips more than 3, you will need to requeue.
