Their yellow noodles has a very nice firm & springy texture, I like it. Tomato noodles really does have tomato taste. The spinach noodles caught my attention but first time here, have to try original. The next time I go, I must give the spinach noodles a try.

Char Siew Wanton Noodles $5.8

Reasonably priced. $5.80 for the basic wanton noodles. Noodles were springy and chewy. Not too greasy and was able to swap the fried wantons for the soup ones.

I chose spinach noodles for this. Very springy, cooked just right. Chili was good. The pic on the screen showed a whole cutlet uncut but this was cut for easier consumption. Cutlet was marinated before frying. Delicious.

Noodles were springy and I liked the mix of fried and soup wontons. Sauce was good. I much prefer this outlet compared to their Timbre+ one. No pesky flies as big as eyeballs to fight with, and the air con was great. Very comfortable too.

Ordered various items such as beef brisket with tomato noodle $8.80, wanton with egg noodle $5.80 and dumplings soup $6.00. It’s definitely one of the better noodles and dumplings I’ve tasted.
The dumplings were plump and generously filled, the char siew was tender and tasty however the tomato noodle was a little disappointing as it didn’t have the tomato taste but the beef was really tender. Overall it was a good experience. Will definitely be back! 8.0/10

The slow cooked beef stew is a mixture of tendon and beef meat, thus the texture is not tough at all, it's juicy and meltingly tender. The Spinach Noodle is made inhouse, which doesn't have strong vege taste and easier to accommodate different people's palate. The original dish doesn't come with wanton but I'm so greedy to try out. U can add either fried wanton or wanton soup. I will go back to try their tomato noodle soon!
