XL Chicken Cutlet Noodle ($5.50) - actually not bad of a bowl of noodles; springy noodles, good sauce, crispy and tender chicken cutlet, no complaints. Gotta get the lime chilli to accompany the chicken cutlet!

This stall is known for their unique noodle creations, especially the tomato noodle with char siew and dumplings.

Beef Brisket Spinach Noodle ($6.50)
- Really wet dish
- Spinach noodles were very chewy with the sauce clinging to it with every bite
- Beef was not the most tender but was very flavourful, containing pieces of crunchy (Yes, there were some pieces that were crunchy) and chewy flavourful tendon
Price: 7/10
Taste: 8/10
Overall: 7.5/10 (Worth trying at least once if in the area)

Char Siew Wanton Mee $5.9
Char Siew dumpling Tomato Noodles $7.9

Egg noodles was good while the tomato noodles tasted like tomato pasta which made it a western fusion dish. The highlight would be their huge dumplings (not char siew) which they added black fungus and chestnuts into the mixture! So crunchy and yummy.

Totally worth the price!

Not in the centre of action at Timbre+. The beef is not very tender (in fact, a bit chewy) but flavourful enough. The noodles have the right springiness, although besides the colour it’s hard to detect any hint of spinach.

Spinach noodle with char siew & Wanton. $5.05 @ Wangkeewantonnodle
Both fried & boiled wantons are in the set. Needless to say that it is a healthy lunch! Happy green Friday y’all.🤠

Certainly worth its pricier price tag. Thick chunks of beef even though the noodles really looked radioactively green.
