Have walked by Wu Pao Chun many times, but FINALLY decided to buy a bread to try as I was feeling indulgent!

Got the Ah-Pollo ($2.70) to try as it looked pretty interesting to me! Baked Boluo bun layer filled with milky custard filing, supposed one of Taiwan's Childhood Favourite!

However, the bread kinda of fell short of my expectations. Thought the bun was slightly dry and I was expecting more flowly milky custard filling LOL. Also, I think I am more of a savoury bread person than a sweet bread person, so I think I could not really appreciate this bread!

Anyone has any MUST try bread to recommend at Wu Pao Chun? Let me know!

Moonwalk in delight this Mid-Autumn Festival with @wupaochunsg Salted Egg Pastries!

From the Taiwanese bakery maestros behind the legendary award-winning Champion Bread, Wu Pao Chun is bringing their A-game to pastries!

These little delights come in two flavors – White Lotus Salted Egg & Yam Salted Egg, wrapped in an elegant yellow gift box that practically scream festive vibes!

The crust is buttery and flaky and the fillings were smooth. The yam is earthy and comforting, while the white lotus paste brings just the right touch of sweetness. And the best part is it comes with a savory salted egg yolk that's like a golden nugget of flavor bliss!

It’s $4.80 a piece; or $27 for a gift box of 6.

We always look forward to Wu Pao Chun’s unique seasonal creations. For Mid-Autumn this year, you can opt for their specially handcrafted Salted Egg Pastries that comes in 2 flavours - White Lotus Sated Egg and Yam Salted Egg. They are mildly sweet and encased in a baked pastry skin. It’s $4.80 a piece, or $27 for a gift box of 6 that has an equal mix of both.

These are available at both Wu Pao Chun outlets in Capitol Singapore and Paragon.

Cannot go wrong with this dessert - can have variety like pears, apples, and all sorts of berries will be great! 👍

It’s 2 for $5.20 so that’s irresistible! 2 of my favourite flavours - sesame and peanut. So good n satisfying!

Have always ate it as a bun in dim sum restaurants but this time it’s in a bread bun, a very soft bread bun that felt like it melted easily in my mouth. The salted egg filling was so good but definitely could have more of it inside till it drops down your mouth! That I can say it’s mouth watering!
