This is not just your basic lemon pastry. It is a pastry with a lemon fruit filling combined with orange and plum fruit paste. The different mixture of flavours all go well together. The tang from the lemon coming in is beautiful and it is well balanced by the sweetness from the orange and plum paste. This pastry is a little pricey but I think it is worth it! (This bakery has retain the title as winner of the Bakery World Cup for several years)
