You would constantly seeing this stall with a long queue in front whenever they still open. This is one of the most popular stalls in this hawker centre.
Instead of joining the queue directly, you need to go to the front to choose your items first. Then pass it to the stall and let them know whether you want them to go with noodle or laksa. After that only you will need to join the queue to wait for your yong tau foo to be ready.
Lots of selection available on the shelf, which you need to choose minimal 6 pieces. I recommend you to go with some fried items, and the vegetables as well.
I paired them with noodle in dry version, which they topped it with generous sweet and chili sauce. The soup is very tasty. Take note that the you need to pick the seaweed if you want, as they don’t come with it.
I don't crave this, but when I'm nearby, boy is it on my mind. Just supreme ytf. Again, every ingredient was good. This time I suspect that ball of umami bomb might just be a lard ball lol that's how it spoke to me. If anything, this got quite jelak this time. Soup again was tasty.
I'm back again for their dry and fried yong tau foo with their chee cheong fun ($4.50). Even non-peak period still need queue up and wait for half an hour before getting my order and need to pick up the ingredients first.
I ordered Yong Tau Foo w Rice Noodle Roll (80 cents) w 7 ingredients. But it's a long time never eat there so I forgot to pick up ingredients before queuing up for my turn. 🙃 so the sweet sauce still the same and I didn't really like salty broth 🤣
This famous yong tau foo really does it well with the handmade pieces of yong tau foo. The soup here is different and it has this special aroma that makes you craving for more. This spot is one of my favourite Yong Tau Foo stall and i will patronise on off peak hours to avoid the long queue. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I always dread the 30minutes queue, but this YTF store is undoubtedly one of the best in Singapore.
On top of their light, savory soup brewed from beans and anchovy stock, they also deep-fry the fried dishes you have selected. The staff would ask if you’d like kangkong and beansprouts when you’re ordering your food.
My current bowl of 6 ingredients, kangkong and beehoon/yellow mee costs $5.10. A must-order ingredient is their fried meatball! I always get 2 of it when I’m here 😋
