Their lovely jumbo-sized sui kow (80cents each ala carte) is packed with marinated minced pork, water chestnut, prawn and black fungus.
In the soup, there is a strong umami flavor from a certain dried Chinese seafood product which I suspected to be conpoy. You can even taste it in the sui kow filling.
But whatever it is, due to the addition of this mysterious ingredient, the soup is as Cantonese as it can get.

Tasty soya sauce chicken $4.00 we also ordered their dumpling which cost $0.80 each. Quite like it just that the Q quite slow so you need a little more patience

Very tender and can taste the soya sauce in the meat but not only the skin. Long queue during lunch time so be prepared to wait for 20mins!

The oft neglected accompanying soup is also done with effort here, with a nice sweetness from the radish. ($3.50)
