Interesting way to enjoy the classic rice dumpling (粽子）soft moist inside & crispy outside.

Think this stall is also managed by the same people of Xiang Xiang Cooked Food just next door. They sell economic noodles too, but their ytf laksa seemed most popular! It was a good old school bowl, with a number of ytf pieces that were generously filled. Topped up a fishcake to go along - can’t remember the actual cost but it’s less than a dollar. Tasty and very value for money!

Joined the queue because mum wanted their Fried Sweet Potato Balls ($1 for 8 Pieces), but they sold out when we just made it half way through the queue at around 7.45am!! ☹️ Left with their Putu Ayam ($1.40 for 2 Pieces) and Ondeh Ondeh, and immediately regretted not getting more of the latter. These were served hot and I loved the oozy gula melaka centre. Skin was nicely chewy without being too thick. Be sure to pop by early to catch them!

This Chinese style ondeh ondeh is very well made. The liquid brown sugar inside just burst into your mouth as you bite it. Yummy Yummy yum yum. Posted by Ah Leong San 2015 December 31

This stall has been selling economic mee & beehoon with yong tou foo plus laksa mee. Both dishes are good. I had the laksa with the whole works at $3 only. Really value for money. Taste good too.
