One of the most delectable snacks in Yishun. This ๅ จๅฎถ็ฆ Guo Kui has 3 flavours - ๆข ๅนฒ่, ้ช่ and ็ฝ่ (a mix of different pickled vegetables). The flat dough is stuck inside the walls of a cylindrical charcoal oven, and what emerges is a thin, crispy and flavourful flatbread!

They are baked in a huge charcoal heated cylindrical clay. Itโs oil-free and every order is baked to order to keep it hot and crispy.

Sadly it's mostly north west for now. Hope for one in Tampines.
3 for $2.60. Not bad. Just that the skin abit thick.
P/S: out of the 3, one has got sour meat๐คข
As u can see, even kids love it. Anyway, son is already aiming at trying the spicy beef one next.
Bought the multigrain ็ ้ฅผๆๅญ asked for spicy sauce. It was huge, savoury good and very very cheap $2.80 compared to the one I get at Peace Center which was $5 plus minimum. Tried the other crispy ๆข ๅนฒfilling one and it's great as well. They have Shanghainese Pan fried Bun selling for $2.80-$3 with pork or prawn fillings.
