Ever since the beef noodles stall at Marine Parade Hawker Centre has moved/closed, this is another beef noodles stall that fits my tastebuds. I had the 牛杂粗米粉干 ($8), all the beef texture are just right and the dry gravy somehow did not turn watery after I complete my bowl. I just hope that the stall owner will be able to survive in this quiet neighborhood where beef dishes are rare here.

Chanced upon this stall cos I was there for brekkie and picked mum up. It's pretty rare to find a specialty Beef Noodle stall within a neighbourhood coffee shop. Managed to speak to the owner cos I was the first customer and he mentioned that his soup base is using only pure beef and bones. True enough he scooped up and showed me. And it tasted like it too cos usually with MSG or the flavoured powder, I'll get thirsty after half an hour.
