The only one vegetarian stall at KopiTime food court in PLQ Mall, Xuan Miao specialise for their handmade mee hoon kueh.

Served in either soup or dry, their mee hoon kueh do has a very good texture.

The soup version come with separate bowl of it with lots of vegetables ingredients inside.

Have not come across better ban mian than Xuan Miao!

Noodles are that perfect QQ texture and retain their bite even as they sit in the soup. Medley of textures from the succulent mutton, to the springy fish tofu, juicy shiitake mushrooms and tofu puffs make this dish an absolute delight to eat.

Broth is comforting and light/non-greasy. An extremely satiating and nutritious meal for one hungry person!

Legit quality considering it's a food court stall. The u-mian sauce had an amazing flavour, and they were super generous with the 'liao' in the soup, especially the veg. They also added some crispy mock ikan bilis to the noodles, which was a nice touch to the entire dish. Prices range from $5.50-6.50, which is a little expensive for a food court... but then again the quality is super good for a food court too!

Generous portion of spinach, mock meat (tau kee) slices and beancurd. Topped with mock ikan bilis (sliced fried mushrooms) 》$6.50 ($5.85 using Kopitiam card)

How is it possible for a vegetarian dish to taste this GOOD? Will highly recommend all to come by to taste it for yourself! :) if you are ever here, please order the U-Mian Dry. It comes with a soup with lots of spinach, mushroom and tofu + dry u-mian with ikan bilis, dark sauce and PESTO!! A fusion dish that is healthy, tasty and extremely value for money. 👍

Vegetarian version of bak kut teh, as the name translates directly into ‘meat bone tea’.
