Yan Palace Restaurant (Warren Golf & Country Club)

One of the few Chinese restaurants in Singapore that offers the traditional dim sum dining style—a dim sum cart comes around the table where you'll get to select your choice of dim sum. Drop the white table clothes and raise the chatter, and you'll feel like you're in Hong Kong. Order its signature item; mango prawn coated with baked almond slices. It's not an authentic dim sum item but it's pretty good!

The lychee yam ball is rather flavorful. Burst in my mouth, literally!

There isn't a need to go all the way to Hong Kong for decent dim sum. Best eaten while it's hot. Total cost for 3 pax = ~S$35
