Salmon skin that comes with a side of “yum” sauce. The “yum” encompasses the typical Thai flavours — sweet, sour and spicy. We drenched the bowl of sauce over the crunchy fried fish skin, allowing it to absorb the sauce. It was like fireworks in our mouths with the full blown explosion of flavours that we really love. If you like spicy food, be sure to take some of the chilli padi to spice things up.

An alternative to the yentafo noodles is one with the tomyum soup base. The clear tomyum soup base was clean tasting with a light tomyum flavour and is easy on the tastebuds. It allowed me to enjoy the springy texture of the flat rice noodles with the accompanying ingredients such as fish ball, squid ball, fish ball with tofu, fried tofu, fried seasoned taro and black fungus mushroom.

Santol Sweet Delight — a cotton fruit that reminded me of a firm soursop fruit and I enjoyed the tart tasting fruit with some salty notes.

one of the many coconut desserts that can be found in the Land of Smiles. Served in a small porcelain bowl, this dessert is made of two layers: sweet custard base with brown sugar and salty creamy top. Coming together, it's a wonderful combination of sweet and saltiness.

We waited for 30mins for our food as the order sheet got mixed up. Ppl who arrived 15mins aft us all got their food way before us! And the fried rice came cold and hard... Like hello? If u r taking so long to cook I will be expecting hot food? -.- guess they couldn't cope with the large crowds of families due to 2 events taking place at stadium today. #burpple

3.5 munchies: Essentially a bowl of Thai-style yong tau foo, the original tom yum yentafo packed a good punch of heat and piquant flavours. Silky strands of flat rice noodles are served in a spicy-citrusy broth as well as with a myriad of toppings including crispy fish skin, fishcakes, and beancurd. All ingredients are shipped in regularly from Bangkok, Thailand.

The popular noodle brand currently has 28 outlets in Thailand, 2 in Laos, and 3 in Singapore.
