Yew Lee Wanton Mee (Bukit Panjang Hawker Centre & Market)

From Yew Lee Wanton Noodles at the newly-opened Bukit Panjang Hawker Centre & Market. This bowl of wanton mee was actually pretty similar to what Pontian Wanton Mee offers; the chili somehow carried a familiar umami spiciness which is a notch more spicier than Pontian's. Noodles could have been more springier, and the charsiew was rather generic. What is worth mentioning is that the wantons are wrapped in the stall, which contained a reasonable amount of meat and was pretty decent. A good start for a new stall in a new hawker centre; hopefully they would be able to refine on it as time passes.
