Out fresh from the oven in the wee hours, but just really glad that everyone who had it liked it. Special shoutout @thefloralgarage for the lovely shade of pink roses blooms delivered. Hard to think how flowers can’t cheer a day, just like a melty, chewy chocolate chip cookie that isn’t too sweet.

I like how the intestine is being clean properly leaving no funny taste. As for the pig skin, I like it soft & slippery but this is hard, well not that hard, if cook longer will be better.
