This tart kinda tastes and looks very similar to a lemon meringue tart, except it has a passionfruit taste in the filling. It's really sweet and sour and the flavours are intense, which is sure to satisfy any sweet cravings. The crust is buttery and crumbly!

Really affordable in comparison to other tart places, and the taste definitely holds up. Would 100% visit YM Bakery again when I'm in the Paya Lebar area!

This tart is just an explosion of flavours, with banana, coffee cream, chocolate and caramel (I'm actually not sure if there's caramel in this but the taste is quite strong).

Suuuuper fragrant, especially with the crumbly, buttery tart base. The coffee cream has a strong coffee taste with a hint of bitterness, which is nicely complemented by the sweetness of the chocolate / caramel and bananas. Such a great combo and I wish I'd tried this before!

For $4.40, it's one of the pricier items on the menu, but it's definitely worth it considering the quality, taste and size. Would definitely get again!

Became a huge fan of Pecan Pie, thanks to Han's really good Pecan Pie (albeit being q sweet) - but this was kinda lacklustre. The pecan taste wasn't strong enough, and there was more tart than the fillings itself, but their other flavours could be good, which I wouldn't mind giving it another try next time considering the tart itself was decent.

One of my favourites from @_ymbakery_ is none other than their Banoffee Tart. It's so good that I'm always afraid it gets sold out before I get there.

A sweet mix of banana, coffee and chocolate - it always leaves me wanting more. Not to mention that it doesn't put a damper on my wallet, which makes eating this just much more enjoyable!

◾Lemon Meringue Tart [$3.20]
◾Salted Caramel Tart [$4.0]

The latest restrictions aren't gonna stop me from getting my sweet treats, no sir.

One of my favourite places for delicious tarts is none other than YM Bakery. A little quaint corner store located at PLQ, you'll find homely created tarts that won't break the bank. I never fail to get some tarts from YM everytime I'm at Paya Lebar - it's just too good and I'm obsessed.

My go-to tart is their Lemon Meringue, a delectable sour and sweet combination that is perfect in every way. Even their tart base is superb - buttery and crumbly as it very well should be. I adore YM Bakery, they're unpretentious in every way, focusing on good bakes at affordable pricing - a breath of fresh air compared to the overhyped bombolinis and pastries and cruffins and whatnot that would make your wallet cry. [Shade thrown, I admit it.]

The Pecan tart was earthily fragrant and actually not really sweet at all, which was a pleasant surprise. The Lemon Meringue tart, their signature, really hits you with its fruity sourness. I found the base of the lemon meringue tart a little too crumbly which made it slightly difficult to eat.

Overall, a pretty good buy for the price, though the tarts are slightly smaller than average.
