YOLO serves up nutritious and healthy food bowls (they even show you the calories!) The taste is really not bad. There's also meal plans and build-your-own-bowl options for those who want to meet their nutritional goals.

1 base, half protein, 2 sides and 1 topping.
Real sad that they changed their menu :-( previously it was build your own bowl without any fixed composition so I could try and save some bucks HAHA. Anyways!! I love their cauliflower rice!! I think they stir fry theirs with other seasonings which make it flavourful. Their half protein size is freaking big, making petite worth it. I like their spinach egg too! Their broccoli was super salty that day :-( and their kimchi quite inconsistent

I am a sucker for health food restaurants and always on the hunt for new health food restaurants. Found this new and not well-known(yet) restaurant at Star Vista. Ordered the gong bao chicken which came with eggplant kimchi and brown rice($10). The chicken was rather lean and surprisingly the dish was very flavorful! The portion is very generous and I would say it's worth $10. Definetely come back here again! Wish I could see what ingredients they used though

Comes with kimchi, edamame and brown rice. It can get a little dry and the kimchi really doesnt taste so great. Maybe cos it's a healthier kimchi, I'm not too sure. The salmon was great tho! That was not enough. I'd still go back for the salmon but probably get a DIY bowl without the kimchi.

πŸ“Œmy go to place to grab yummy and healthy food!!

The cauliflower fried rice was okay, chicken was a little dry but ya since it’s supposed to be healthy I’m not complaining much. The kungpao chicken was rly flavourful!! Cashew nuts gave the dish a nice crunch.

Tried out YOLO food from star vista because there was free delivery to my house and I'm in need of some clean eating πŸ˜…

I liked the chicken, which carried a slight herb-y fragrance. However, it was a tad dry and tough, coming in rather thick chunks too. The cauliflower rice was really flavourful, and although I'm a total rice bucket, I surprisingly didn't miss my bowl of legitimate rice like i thought i would πŸ€”

For the weight-watchers and health conscious, you will be pleased to know that they offer calorie counts for their dishes and their food is also low in sodium and just really healthy overall haha
