The broth for this bowl of tonkatsu ramen is really rich as compared to many other ramen that I have tried. Come on sunday to Thursday to enjoy student 10% rate, but only for ala carte menu. Otherwise, you can just get the ramen set for 17.90 / 19.90

Damage: $42.20 for two

Environment wise, not my favourite because the place is really squeezing. I can't really converse with my friend one on one and space between the tables are not wide enough.

Hmm what's better than a good warm ramen bowl after a long day at work?
Yoshimura Ramen Bar is the best place for ramen in Holland Village. Their Traditional Hakata Ramen is so flavorful. You will definitely fall for the delicious slices of pork and the soft textured noodles plunged into this savory broth. And the best part of it is the perfectly cooked soft boiled egg that just melt in your mouth.
The portions are good, and can satisfy all the big eaters like me.

Really cute mini burger, really crunchy prawns but the onions...killed the mentaiko flavour.

Great bowl of ramen during a rainy day. Soup is very flavorful and who doesn't love runny egg yolks?! Ps/ 10% off if you flash your student pass from Mon - Thu ;)

Probably the only weirdo who walks in and orders only a Burger Combo Platter to have all by himself for dinner. This combination comes with all three sliders that they have on the menu; Spicy Char Siew (pictured), Mentaiko Ebi Mayo and Tempura Chicken. The spicy char siew was really mild on heat, and the fatty charsiew was a tad oily made worse with the buttered and toasted buns; was rather hard to down given how greasy it felt. Mentaiko Ebi Mayo was on the flip side; a little bland but well flavoured with umami-ness for the parts with the Mentaiko mayo, though wasn't much. Ebi was more shrimp-like and not really much to talk about, though the onion did give it a numbing sensation to the tastebuds. The best of the lot was the Tempura Chicken; lightly-battered to retain crispness within the succulent meat which was savoury goodness.
