Best dish here is the stewed cabbage - soft and delicious, with bits of glass noodles which I love. Rice was ok only, tomato egg was flavourful but I didn’t like that it was kinda overfried (the edges were somewhat like the fried egg floss in fish soup which I’m not a fan of) as I prefer a creamier tomato egg dish.

Please do not get the gulurou! For this outlet’s one (Market Street Interim Hawker) it was way too sweet (too much honey? sugar?) and the outer coating stuck to my teeth which is a big nono. Not sure if it was just bad that day or what :/

~$4. Dude I love this place!! It was closed for a while I think but so glad it’s back. I love their food and it comes w soup also :”)

Starting off with Chinese food once backed in sunny Singapore! There are 2 curry rice stalls here at Interim Market and decided to go with this since I haven’t tried any before. This stall provides free self service 蛋花汤 to go with their curry rice! Also, did I mention they really have faith in humanity because once you pay, they ask you to take your own change from the box of coins they placed right in front of the counter. 👍🏼⁣

This stall never fail to impress me. Is located at amoy Street food court #01-13, Yu guo curry rice red and white sign board.

-the pork chopppp is sooooo good. First bite is very crispy and the fragrance is overwhelming. Makes you keep wanting to eat as much as you can. Very tasty deep fried brown go with the curry sauce + rice is really nice.

-the veg is very tasty soft cook with dong Fen and the onion (quite alot) egg is good too. Both give off individual fragrance and best go with their rice.

I will rate it at 8/10.

It was lead by a single man China uncle, he was very polite and while taking order he can flip a wok of egg in front of you. The line of this stall is always long. He put coins at the side so you can take the remaining changes yourself. Free flow of soup too.

Pricing is reasonable about $4+
