Solid version, mild with a ginger fragrance. Quite tender, only problem is the price haha rather expensive for hawker centre. Portion is pretty generous tho, more than feeds 1
Highly recommend the pork belly if you see it, it's pretty impressive. The cabbage was good too, given the dried shrimp inside and the perfect soft texture

Their shredded pickled mustard is very balanced, unlike some places' that are too strong and too salty. Their veggies are all on the lighter side
Go for extra chili, it's not v spicy at all. I rmb it used to be pretty hot
