Prawns dipped and stir fry with salted eggs. Would be easier to eat if the shell does not stick to the prawns or prawns being de-shelled.
This is restaurant's specialty. Served in a big clay pot full of soup. Would be better if there's more pepper to the soup. The pig's stomach is used to wrap the chicken meat so that it remains tender and not over cooked.
