Yummy Noodle House (Sembawang Hills Food Centre)

I often drive by Sembawang Hills FC but have never eaten there because its only open for breakfast and lunch.

I was nearby recently to run and an errand and decided to check out their offerings. Yummy Noodle House was one of the Internet's favourites and it sure did not disappoint.

My personal favourite is their curry noodles with meatballs. The noodles are al dente good and their curry is akin to laksa gravy. I really enjoyed slurping down their noodles, gravy and all. Their meatballs are absolutely superb. Each meatball is soft, juicy and marinated to perfection.

I wish it will rain their meatballs everyday!

This noodle stall is known for some fusion dishes. These meatballs were damn good, although I couldn't tell if they're homemade or imported. The gravy seemed more like laksa, which they also make, than curry.

This noodle stall is known for some fusion dishes. They sell laksa, so why not add shabu and charge more? The laksa was okay, although the noodles were too hard. The pork was either cooked very well or good quality - it's really shiok. I'm just peeved the bowl doesn't have other usual laksa ingredients, when the price feels like I'm topping up the shabu.

I tried their Curry Meatball Noodle.
Actually the soup based is more to laksa then curry. Its quite light and when add sambal belachan, it elevates the flavour.
The noodle is qiu qiu and the meatball is really good, crunchy outside while inside soft pack with stuffed meat

Quite new in Sembawang Hill Food centre! Fried meatballs are quite nice but wanton is so so only. Laksa is those lighter version type as the broth not very thick but still tasty n spicy!
